I walked over to the balloon area and asked "excuse me, how long would it take for a small bouquet of balloons?" and the girl gave me the nastiest look and said " well there are like 3 people in front of you, so like a half hour." seriously didn't need to be so rude about it. I will NEVER go back. I will spend my money elsewhere.
